Grusian

Terms of use

Last updated 7 October 2026

These are the rules for using Grusian. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use Grusian.

Who we are

Grusian is a trip organiser run by Lehannes.nl in the Netherlands. You can reach us at info@grusian.eu. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

A beta service

Grusian is in beta and you need an access code to join. It is free to use. Features can change, break or go away, and we do not promise that it is always available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything important, such as tickets for a trip you are about to take. You can download all your data at any time from Settings.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Your content

Everything you add stays yours. You allow us to store and process it, and to show it to you and to the people you share a link with, only to run the service for you.

You must have the right to add what you add. Do not upload other people's documents or emails unless they have agreed.

Sharing

A share link gives read-only access to a trip to anyone who has it, until you revoke it or it expires. You decide whom you give a link to and what it includes.

Acceptable use

Do not use Grusian to break the law, to harm others, or to attack, overload or probe the service. Do not scrape it, resell it, or send us large amounts of automated mail. We may suspend or close an account that does.

Information from other services

Flight status, weather, maps, photos and read-in bookings come from other services and from automatic reading of your emails and documents. They can be late, incomplete or wrong. Check anything that matters, such as flight times, with the airline or operator before you rely on it.

Grusian is not connected to TripIt, Polarsteps, Wanderlog, Flighty or any airline, hotel or other company whose name appears in your trips. When you import from another service, you are responsible for following that service's terms.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time. Delete your account in Settings and your data is removed, as the privacy policy describes. Download your data first, because we cannot restore it afterwards.

We may end the service or close an account. Unless there is abuse, we give reasonable notice and time to download your data.

Liability

We do our best, but Grusian is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as a missed flight, a lost booking or lost data, that comes from using Grusian or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Grusian afterwards, the new terms apply.

Law

Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
